(1) All packages have a contract period of 24 months. Device price is included. Prices are in US Dollars. Your invoice is issued in Turkish Lira on the basis of the sales rate of the Central Bank of Turkey on the invoice date. Prices include all current taxes. Mocowi Limited reserves the right to change package prices, terms of sale and product/service specifications without notice.
(2) For Live Video service, your vehicle must be equipped with a BT or IP type camera.
(3) Billing is also made for each vehicle in your registered fleet and for Video Stream GB use.

Can I change a Mocowi Connect subscription with another package or cancel?

If you experience a problem with your GSM line or in accessing to the base station, you can change your GSM line with one of our contracted GSM providers.

Can I use more than one data line for the same device?

The GSM data line supplied with your Mocowi Connect is paired with the factory settings. Therefore, your device will need to be readjusted by our technical service in order to use it with another data line.

The data package I subscribed to is insufficient. Can I increase the amount of data packets?

Mocowi Connect Data packages are designed with the optimum usage in mind. You can change the amount of data defined in your data package by contacting our Customer Services department.

Can I use my GSM line with another device?

You can also use your GSM line with compatible devices from other manufacturers. In this case, you will not be able to access the usage statistics of the GSM data line via the application. You can find the usage statistics of your line by calling our customer service.

What are your payment methods?

You can pay your bills via credit card on our website. In addition, you can transfer to our bank account numbers as well as through payment centers.

Can I change the installment payment term?

When your Mocowi Connect subscription is made, you can mark your preferred invoicing day in the subscription form. If you want to change the invoicing day later, you will need to contact our Customer Service department. If no date is specified, the invoice date is determined on the day the contract is issued.

Does the data remaining in my data package transfer the amount to the next month?

Data amount in the Mocowi Data packages is renewed monthly. Therefore, the amount of data not used in the current invoice period does not transfer to the next month.

What should I do when my product malfunctions?

If your Mocowi Connect malfunctions for any reason, please contact our customer service. After a preliminary inspection by Mocowi technical service, your product will either be repaired or replaced. For the repair option, you will be provided with a temporary device for use during the repair period.
