When your Mocowi Connect subscription is made, you can mark your preferred invoicing day in the subscription form. If you want to change the invoicing day later, you will need to contact our Customer Service department. If no date is specified, the invoice date is determined on the day the contract is issued.
Data amount in the Mocowi Data packages is renewed monthly. Therefore, the amount of data not used in the current invoice period does not transfer to the next month.
If your Mocowi Connect malfunctions for any reason, please contact our customer service. After a preliminary inspection by Mocowi technical service, your product will either be repaired or replaced. For the repair option, you will be provided with a temporary device for use during the repair period.
